1. Company Identity and Authority

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all access to and use of any websites, programs, products, services, events, retreats, livestreams, memberships, music, digital content, communities, and educational materials offered by Be The Dream Unlimited, Inc., an Arizona s-corporation (the “Company”).

Tiamo De Vettori is the CEO, founder, and primary brand representative of the Company. References to Tiamo De Vettori in branding or marketing do not alter the contracting legal entity, which remains Be The Dream Unlimited, Inc.

These Terms apply to all current and future offerings, including but not limited to:

  • Musicpreneur Academy (grandfathered members only)

  • Motivational Musician

  • Joy First (books, programs, experiences)

  • Craft Your Keynote Concert Retreat

  • Part‑Time Musician, Full‑Time Income

  • Fearless Speaker / Fearless Speaker Academy / Fearless Speaker Formula

  • Custom Song Success

  • All live events, masterminds, workshops, livestreams, and retreats

  • All affiliated websites, platforms, and successor systems

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, purchasing, registering for, downloading, streaming, or otherwise using any Company product or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without notice. To view the modified Terms at any time, you can visit this page for updates. Continued use of any service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to access or purchase Company offerings unless you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Educational, Earnings, and Results Disclaimer

All Company products and services are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

  • No guarantees are made regarding income, business growth, career success, financial outcomes, health and well-being, or specific results.

  • Any examples, testimonials, income figures, or personal results referenced are illustrative only and are not promises or guarantees.

  • The Company does not provide legal, medical, tax, or financial advice.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results.

5. Payments, Billing, and Methods of Payment

  • All prices, fees, and payment schedules are disclosed at checkout.

  • Payments are processed through third‑party payment processors.

  • You must provide accurate, current billing information.

  • Billing addresses must match shipping addresses for physical products.

  • Orders paid by personal check may be held, subject to processing delays, and returned checks may incur fees.

6. Subscriptions, Memberships, and Status

6.1 Discontinued Memberships

Musicpreneur Academy monthly membership subscription is closed to new members. Only previously enrolled members retain access.

  • If an existing member cancels or loses access, re‑enrollment is not permitted.

  • Memberships may be terminated by the Company at its discretion.

6.2 Renewal and Billing

  • Active subscriptions (where applicable) renew automatically unless canceled prior to renewal.

  • Failure to cancel before renewal constitutes authorization for continued billing.

7. Refunds, Cancellations, and Product-Specific Policies

Refund policies are product or service‑specific. 

7.1 General Rules

  • Refund eligibility and deadlines are disclosed at the time of purchase.

  • All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise stated.

  • Approved refunds may take up to 30 days to process.

  • Multiple refunds for the same product by the same customer are prohibited.

7.2 Courses (Lifetime Access)

Includes:

  • Motivational Musician

  • Part‑Time Musician, Full‑Time Income

  • Custom Song Success

  • Fearless Speaker Formula

Policies:

  • Some courses offer a 30‑day money‑back guarantee as stipulated at time of purchase.

  • Instant‑access or fully downloadable courses are non‑refundable.

  • Refunds will require proof of course participation, which includes a refund eligibility questionnaire specific to the course. The questionnaire must be completed, answers must be accurate based on the course content, and the questionnaire must be returned within 5 business days before a refund can be processed.

  • Lifetime access applies to course content as offered at the time of purchase; updates or future versions are not guaranteed.

7.3 Masterminds, Live Events, Retreats, and Workshops

  • Access is limited to the active offering period only.

  • Access may be removed if payment fails or otherwise is not received. 

  • Refund eligibility is limited to the first 30 days after purchase.

  • Tickets are non‑transferable without written consent.

  • Livestream refunds are limited to documented technical failures.

  • Participants are responsible for travel expenses, lodging expenses (unless explicitly included), and other related expenses such as food and drinks (unless explicitly included).

8. Digital Content Delivery and Access

  • Content may be delivered immediately or via scheduled (drip) delivery (i.e. one module per week).

  • Access may be revoked upon cancellation, refund, or program conclusion.

  • Users are responsible for backing up and saving downloaded materials.

  • Previously purchased content may be retired or removed if outdated.

9. Intellectual Property and Licensing

All content, including text, audio, video, music, curriculum, branding, trademarks, and proprietary systems, is owned by the Company or its licensors.

  • No ownership rights are transferred.

  • Music purchases do not grant commercial usage rights.

  • Unauthorized reproduction, resale, distribution, or derivative works are prohibited.

10. Global Community Rules

These rules apply to all Company‑hosted communities, forums, groups, and discussion spaces:

  • Be respectful and professional

  • No harassment, abuse, discrimination, or harmful conduct

  • No pitching, solicitation, affiliate promotion, or lead harvesting

  • No gated content or opt‑ins within communities

  • Maintain confidentiality of member discussions

  • Stay on topic

Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent removal without refund.

11. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Share or resell paid access to courses, videos, trainings, or community groups.

  • Misrepresent identity or affiliation

  • Upload malicious code

  • Interfere with platform functionality

12. Third-Party Links and Services

The Company is not responsible for third‑party websites, tools, or services.

13. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

All services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties and is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the products and services or violation of these Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
